Krystle and Stephen Arrive (Saturday)

Krystle and Stephen arrived Saturday at around 11:00 AM and we immediately walked to Russell Square gardens where there is a little cafe. They got baguettes and we sat on a bench and looked at the fountain while they ate. When they were done, we walked to the tube and took it to Notting Hill. It was really crowded on the tube because it was mid-day Saturday when everyone is going out shopping or to outdoor markets. Notting Hill was very crowded and we walked all the way down Portobello Road looking at all the stands of antiques, clothes, and food but we didn't buy anything. Our feet were already hurting by the time we decided to take the tube to Covent Garden market.

I figured it was a good day to show them all the weekend markets since they leave next Saturday in the morning. Krystle bought some pashminas (scarves) at Covent Garden and Stephen got a pasty from the same franchise that I got mine from in Canterbury.

After looking around and fighting our way through crowds, we walked back to the flat where Krystle and Stephen took naps. For some reason, I was exhausted too, but since one had my bed and one had the extra bed in Ashley's room, there was no where for me to nap. After they got up we walked to ICCo (a pizza place) where you can get an 11" cheese pizza for 3.50 pounds. I was starving and ate a whole one by myself, while Stephen and Krystle split a pepperoni. Once we got home we all passed out around 10:30. I had a headache and felt really exhausted, so it was no problem falling asleep so early. Too bad we also had to get up at 6:15 am to go to Paris the next morning.

Oh, Krystle also brought cake mix and frosting so that when we have time we can make a birthday cake! :) She also got me some yummy smelling lotion and body spray.
